Here's the outfit I made for my daughters old American Girl doll Felicity. I think I'll give the outfit to my FN Lauren for her "Kit". Woolease white with sparkle with trim of fun fur.
I was happy to get to the 4.5 inch mark on the baby sweater when I looked at pattern again and realized I needed to knit 6" for the size I'm making! "Last minute Baby Sweater" I don't think so!

No way that 79 stitches on a size 1 needle is going to be last minute anything, especially a sweater. Socks, maybe, baby socks definitely, but a sweater?!? Give me a break! I have been working on a pair of socks (2 at a time, toe up using magic loop) on a size 1, and they are taking FOREVER! Finally on the leg/cuff. I thought I would just keep knitting until I run out of yarn, but I may change my mind.
